The Quality Manual describes the organization and Quality Management System implemented by the London Laboratory Services Group (LLSG), a joint venture of London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and St. Joseph’s Health Care (SJHC). This manual references policies, processes and procedures used by all laboratory staff.
