2024 Annual Nursing Awards: Call for Nominations
Do you have a Nurse in mind whose dedication and expertise shine brightly within our LHSC community? We encourage you to put forward their name for consideration for a 2024 Nursing Award!
Nomination Criteria:
- Both the nominator and nominee must be LHSC employees.
- Nominees must be fully informed of their nomination and willing to participate in the award process.
- Nominations must be accompanied by specific examples highlighting the nominee's qualifications for the award.
- Each nominee requires a separate nomination form for consideration.
