Bleeding Disorders Program is located in zone B, Room B1-202, Victoria Hospital.

To access zone B, park in the P8 visitor’s parking garage (accessible from the Baseline Road entrance). Enter the hospital directly from the parking garage on ground level 0 or the level 2 link. You will be in zone B. The new office room number is on the ground floor.

Telephone and fax numbers will remain the same, as will the Emergency Care Procedure.

The Adult Bleeding Disorders Clinic is located at the London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Hospital, Tower 2, Level 2 Room A2-351, Renal Outpatient Unit. The building is located on the northeast corner of Wellington Road South and Commissioners Road East in south London.

The Paediatric Bleeding Disorders Clinic is located at the London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Hospital, new space occupied by the Pediatric Medical Day Unit in zone B.

East on 401 (Windsor/Chatham and surrounding areas):

Take the Wellington Road exit off of Highway 401.
Drive north on Wellington Rd. You will pass Bradley Ave. and Southdale Rd.
Turn right at Commissioner's Rd. E.
Drive east on Commissioner's Rd. E., the hospital will appear on your left.
Turn left at the lights onto Western Counties Rd.
Turn at the first road on your left and follow this road into parking lot B.

West on 401 (Kitchener/Woodstock and surrounding areas):

Take the Highbury Ave. exit off the 401.
Go north on Highbury Ave. You will pass Bradley Ave.
Take the Commissioner's Rd. exit.
Drive west on Commissioner's Rd. E., you will pass Pond Mills Rd. , and Adelaide St. S. , the hospital will appear on your right.
Turn right at the lights onto Western Counties Rd.
Turn at the first road on your left and follow this road into parking lot B.

From North Western Ontario ( Sarnia and surrounding areas):

Take Highway 402 to Highway 401; travel eastbound on 401.
Take the Wellington Road exit off of Highway 401.
Drive north on Wellington Rd. You will pass Bradley Ave. and Southdale Rd.
Turn right at Commissioner's Rd. E.
Drive east on Commissioner's Rd. E., the hospital will appear on your left.
Turn left at the lights onto Western Counties Rd.
Turn at the first road on your left and follow this road into parking lot B.

From North Eastern Ontario ( Stratford and surrounding areas):

Take Highway 7 to Highbury Ave. ; turn left on Highbury Ave.
Drive south on Highbury Ave.
Turn right onto Commissioner's Rd. E.
Drive west on Commissioner's Rd. E., you will pass Pond Mills Rd. , and Adelaide St. S. , the hospital will appear on your right.
Turn right at the lights onto Western Counties Rd.
Turn left at the first road on the left and follow this road into parking lot B.

Parking

Visitors should use Parking Lot B located across from the London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) entrance. Handicapped parking is available across from the front door. Wheelchairs are available just inside the front doors for your use while you are at the centre. LHSC operates the parking lot and the fee per day is $9.00. Weekly and Monthly passes can be purchased at the parking booth.
