I attended medical school at the University of Western Ontario, graduating in 2000. Prior BSc in biochemistry at Laurentian University, and graduate biochemistry studies in Tübingen, Germany. Internal medicine residency at Western as well, followed by medical oncology training at MacMaster University where I started a live music program similar to the one at the London Regional Cancer Program. I then completed a clinical/research fellowship in GI oncology and supportive/palliative care here in London 2005-2006. My clinical focus areas are GI oncology and thoracic oncology, and supportive care and palliative care research as well as undergraduate oncology education.
