Patient information materials that have been reviewed and approved by the Patient Education Committee (PEC) can be downloaded as pdfs.
Pamphlets under development will be made active once reviewed by PEC.
Please note that many of the pdfs are formatted as double-sided pamphlets or in booklet format. Materials intended for patients can be found in your respective departments. This will ensure they receive copies that are clean and properly printed.
For more information on developing patient education materials, please contact Patient and Professional Education at extension 58742 (519.685.8742) or email lrcpeducation@lhsc.on.ca.
