Supportive Care

Cancer can bring about many changes in your life. Staff are available to help you and your family deal with these changes. Specialists are available to you including: Social Workers, a Spiritual Care Specialist, Registered Dietitians and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (NP).

We will work with you, your family, and the other members of your healthcare team to help meet your supportive care needs. Based on your needs, you may meet one or more members of the Supportive Care Team.

You can make an appointment by calling 519-685-8622. No referral is necessary. You can also ask a member of your healthcare team to refer you to any member of the Supportive Care Team.
