- DPYD genotyping for patients taking capecitabine (Xeloda) or 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) chemotherapy
- Thiopurine methyltransferase (TPMT) & human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genotyping for patients taking azathioprine (Imuran)
- HLA testing for predicting the risk of antibody formation during infliximab (Remicade) or adalimumab (Humira) therapy
- Other pharmacogenetic tests that may be helpful for predicting an individual’s metabolism for certain drugs.
- Pantoprazole (Pantoloc, Tecta), lansoprazole (Prevacid), Rabeprazole (Pariet), Omeprazole (Losec), Esomeprazole (Nexium) and Dexlansoprazole (Dexilant)
- Clopidogrel (Plavix)
- Warfarin dosing
- Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI) antidepressants
- Drug level measurements of select drugs, including:
