MazeMap is a new digital tool that supports wayfinding within hospital sites at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC).

Patients and visitors can access and learn how to use the maps on the LHSC website:

The MazeMap tool can also be accessed by downloading the MazeMap app and searching for the University Hospital and Victoria Hospital maps, as well as at wayfinding kiosks at each hospital site.

“We have been listening to your feedback about making it easier to find your way around our hospitals,” says Nick Vlacholias, VP Finance (CFO), Performance & PaLM and VP Facilities, LHSC. “At LHSC, we remain committed to ensuring visitor and patient experiences are positive when you come to our hospitals. Using this new tool will help you find your way to where you need to go.”

LHSC’s hospital sites, especially Victoria Hospital, have often been described by staff and visitors as feeling like a “maze.” Now, with MazeMap, we have a new system that will map your course to your destinations.

The maps are to be used on-site at either University Hospital or Victoria and Children’s Hospital to find your way around the hospital sites.

If you want to use the maps while on-site, please be sure to connect to the “LHSC Guest” Wi-Fi network. This will allow the system to determine which floor you are on to best guide you to your destination.
