What to Expect
- Upon your arrival, you will meet your child’s nurse and physician
- Your privacy is protected throughout your stay at Children’s Hospital. We will need a list of visitors who have your permission to visit your child while in the PCCU
- Multidisciplinary rounds occur every morning for each child in the unit
- There is one family sleep room for short stay emergencies. For prolonged accommodation needs, visit the Ronald McDonald House website
- Social work assistance is also available for families
