We would like to welcome our parents to the Developmental Follow Up Clinic of Children’s Hospital in London, Ontario.

Your baby/babies have been referred to the Developmental Follow Up Clinic by the Neonatologist who cared for them while in the NICU.

Our Developmental Follow Up Clinic is a developmental screening clinic.  We support infants and young children until the age of 3 who may be at higher risk for developmental delays. The clinic provides services to premature infants <30 weeks, <1250 grams and other conditions that put them at risk. Our focus is to identify concerns as early as possible to introduce early interventions.

Our Team

Our multidisciplinary team consists of neonatologists and developmental pediatricians, clinic nurses, physiotherapists, a secretary, and a dietitian.   

Referral Process for Out-born infants

The referral process is made through a direct referral from a pediatrician or another Neonatal Follow UP Clinic.  Please fax the referrals directly to our clinic.
