Introducing NirvSystem, a new administrative system for our learners
London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) has partnered with NirvSystem to help improve the onboarding and administration process for all learners within the organization.
NirvSystem is a cloud-based registration and administrative software that allows learners at LHSC to enjoy the following benefits:
- A simple and efficient process for uploading, storing and sharing onboarding requirement documents for new and returning learners;
- A streamlined process for accessing required online training; learners returning for a second placement in the same year no longer need to repeat training courses;
- Easier communication pathways between LHSC and its learners.
Once their placement is confirmed with LHSC, Learner Affairs will import the completed registration form into the system and the learners will automatically receive a welcome email with instructions to set up their account with NirvSystem.
