Hospital Corporate ID

Your Corporate ID is used to sign on to hospital network resources, such as OneChart, the intranet, and hospital computers.

How to Obtain your Corporate ID

The Corporate ID and password will populate in your NirvSystem profile once all requirements have been completed. Instructions on how to log into NirvSystem will be emailed to you once you have successfully been imported into the system. If these instructions have not been received, please email Student Affairs.

If at any time you forget your hospital password, contact the ITS Help Desk at 519-685-8500, extension 44357 (4-HELP). Please note that passwords cannot be changed by email, you will be required to call and speak with the Help Desk.

PowerChart Fundamentals Course - Refresher

If you would like to have the Student PowerChart Fundamentals learning journey reassigned to you as a refresher, please complete the request form: ITS Learning Services Journey Assignment (lhsc.on.ca)

Outlook Email Account

The hospital Outlook email system is a secure, private, and confidential mode of information transmission. Confidential or sensitive business, or identifiable patient or staff/affiliate information must not be transmitted by email external to the secure email systems of the hospitals. Please note: Your Outlook email will remain active for the duration of your placement only. All accounts will expire on your last day of training with LHSC.

Setting Up Your Outlook Email from Within the Hospital

On a hospital PC, laptop, or Thin Client computer: Click on Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office

To locate your LHSC email address, please search for your first and last name in the staff directory.

Wireless (WiFi) Access

London hospitals offer a range of WiFi connection options. Visit the WiFi section of the ITS intranet for more information.

Eduroam provides roaming wireless network access for students, staff, and faculty at partner institutions.

To connect to the eduroam network, choose “eduroam” from your list of available WiFi networks.

When logging into eduroam, users must enter their email address and password from their home institution (@uwo.ca) or LHSC email address (@lhsc.on.ca).
