Prenatal Classes

The T.I.M.E. Program is pleased to offer online and in-person prenatal education to patients experiencing a high-risk pregnancy. If you are a healthy person experiencing a low-risk pregnancy, we encourage you to explore other options such as the Middlesex-London Health Unit's Prenatal eLearning program.

In-person classes

These free, in-person prenatal classes are offered at Victoria Hospital on B5. If you're a current pregnant patient of an LHSC maternal-fetal medicine obstetrician (Drs. Banner, de Vrijer, Eastabrook, Gratton, Hutson or Schmidt), we invite you to register for the classes below.

Important information

  • Please do NOT register for more than one session of each class. If you need to change your date, please email TIMEprogram@lhsc.on.ca.
  • You are welcome to attend all three classes if you feel these will be relevant to your pregnancy.
  • You may bring one (1) support person with you to each class.
  • If a class has low enrollment, the instructor may cancel the session up to two days in advance. If this happens, registrants will be notified by email.
