- Western PGME - Residents currently enrolled in Ontario programs
- Western PGME - Residents currently enrolled in Non-Ontario programs, in Canada
- Western PGME - Residents currently enrolled in International programs
Initial Elective Rotation Requests should be emailed to Deb Lewis, Program Administrator.
You will be notified by email regarding the acceptance or refusal of your request.
