The Paediatric Healthy Eating, Activity and Lifestyle (HEAL) Program provides personalized support for children and youth up to 18 years old who are living with overweight or obesity.

Through in-person and virtual appointments, the program encourages balanced nutrition, enjoyable physical activity and positive lifestyle choices. Our focus is on improving the confidence of each patient, rather than just their weight. For this reason, children and their families receive personalized guidance to help them feel good about themselves and be healthy.
