Founded in 1918, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is the most established, most extensive community mental health organization in Canada. The CMHA provides education about mental health, operates a 24/7 crisis line (1-833-456-4566) and helps individuals find mental health treatment.  

Canadian Psychological Association (CPA)
This site provides answers the question “What Is a Psychologist?”, provides information about what to expect from psychological treatment and includes “Psychology Works” Fact Sheets that describe how psychologists help people with a wide range of problems.
