Are you turning 18 years old and transitioning to adult care? Then you’re invited to attend the 2026 Children’s Hospital Graduation Ceremony!

Time: 2 to 4 p.m.
Location: Children's Hospital, B1 Atrium
Celebrate and reflect on your time at Children’s Hospital, network with other youths who have shared experiences, meet community partners, explore resources and say a farewell to your paediatric team. There will be a diploma ceremony, slideshow, refreshments and fun!
