Mobile apps
Using your phone's built-in apps to track your health information
- Apple Health (for Apple devices) and Samsung Health (for Samsung devices): Allows you to track health-related information, such as your medications, activity, heart rate, sleep patterns and more.
- Notes: Try creating a new note titled "My Health" and including your diagnoses, list of medications, allergies, questions to ask your care provider and more.
- Calendar: Add all appointments as they are made. Be sure to include relevant details, such as the location, and turn on alerts.
- Reminders or Alarms: Set medication reminders for certain times of the day so you don't forget.
- Contacts: Add the names and phone numbers of all your health-care providers so you can reach them easily.
