(LONDON, Ontario) – On Wednesday, March 29, Dr. Jackie Schleifer Taylor, President and CEO of London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), will share LHSC’s 2023 Accreditation Canada survey results. Marking the first on-site survey since earning Exemplary Standing in 2018, Accreditation Canada surveyed LHSC the week of February 13, 2023.
Accreditation Canada sets the standards for leading practices and patient safety in health-care organizations across Canada and around the world. By participating in Accreditation, LHSC is assessed against these standards of excellence to understand what is being done well and where there are areas for improvement. This is important because it allows LHSC to continuously assess and improve its operations to ensure patients are receiving the safest and highest quality care.
Results will be shared in a media release on Wednesday morning, with the opportunity to book interviews with Dr. Schleifer Taylor on Wednesday afternoon.
