Patient Experience Survey - Virtual Care
COVID-19 has meant that many appointments have been moved to virtual visits. As we continue to develop and hone the virtual care model in the LRCP, we would like to hear your feedback so that we may better serve our patient populations.
Feedback from our patients and caregivers is very important to the LRCP. We will use this feedback along with other evidence to identify areas for improvement and ensure that we are providing the best possible care through virtual visits.
