Patient Portals

Which Patient Portal Should You Use?

MyCarePortal and ConnectMyHealth are both free online tools supported by London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) that let you view parts of your hospital health record. The best choice depends on where you receive care and what information you want to see. You can use both tools if it is helpful.

Choose MyCarePortal if:

A logo featuring the words "MyCare" in a teal, handwritten script font, positioned above the word "PORTAL" in bold, black sans-serif capital letters. The letter "O" in "PORTAL" is replaced by a teal circle containing a white medical cross.

Can I use both?

Yes. Some patients may find it helpful to use both. Both portals are free. A simple way to think about it:

  • Use MyCarePortal for your hospital care at the participating hospitals, including viewing hospital specific appointments from those hospitals. You can also view patient education materials.
  • Use ConnectMyHealth for a broader regional picture of your hospital records. This can be helpful for patients whose care happens at different hospital sites.

Note: Other subscription-based portals may be available (i.e., PocketHealth, LifeLabs, primary care portals). Please contact your health care provider for more information.
