Executive Compensation

Executive Expenses and Corporate Expense Policy
LHSC is accountable to our patients and public and is committed to responsible and transparent management practices. As part of our accountability to Broader Public Sector Accountability Act (BPSAA) requirements, we report the travel, meal and hospitality expenses of our Board of Directors, CEO and Executive Leadership Team twice a year.
Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (HSAA)
Every hospital in Ontario is required to negotiate a Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (HSAA) with Ontario Health. The HSAA is a formal agreement which defines how the hospital and its funder work together and explains the terms under which funding is provided to support hospital operations.
Quality Improvement Plan
The Quality Improvement Plan outlines a set of commitments to patients, clients, staff, physicians, and the community to improve quality through targets and focused actions. Each year LHSC commits to improving in key areas identified in our QIP.

Salary Disclosure
In accordance with the 1996 Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, London Health Sciences Centre, along with other Ontario government-funded organizations, is mandated to publicly disclose the salaries and benefits of employees who made more than $100,000.
