Grounded in partnership, collaboration, and sustainability, the South West Regional Cancer Plan is built on the foundation of Ontario Cancer Plan 6 and the South West Regional Indigenous Cancer Plan is built on the foundation of Ontario Cancer Plan 6 and the fifth First Nations, Inuit, Métis, and Urban Indigenous Cancer Strategy 2024-2028.
