South West Regional Cancer Plans

The South West Regional Cancer Plan is a roadmap for the future and a commitment to understanding and responding to the unique cancer care needs of people in our region.

Grounded in partnership, collaboration, and sustainability, the South West Regional Cancer Plan is built on the foundation of Ontario Cancer Plan 6.

At its heart, the plan reflects our promise to work together so that every patient’s journey is supported with excellence, empathy, and hope.
