Ontario Cancer Plan 6 (2024 - 2028): Cancer care in the province
The Ontario Cancer Plan 6 (OCP 6) is a plan that provides guidance on how Ontario Health, regional cancer programs and health system partners will continue to improve services, and access to those services in the province until 2028 – growing on previous years’ plans. There are five goals outlined in the plan that will focus the work across Ontario.

The phases of the cancer care pathway are as follows:
- Prevention - Primary Care

- Treatment - Primary and Psychological and Palliative Care
- Recovery and Surviorship - Primary and Psychological and Palliative Care
