Patient Experience surveys are an important way for London Health Sciences Centre to learn about the patient experience at the hospital. Patient Experience survey results help us to know what we are doing well and what we can improve. Anyone who has provided their email and has an appointment or receives care will be sent an email link two days after your appointment or discharge from email@example.com.
The survey can range in time from five to twenty minutes as surveys are tailored to the various areas.
Please note: Some departments will share an individual survey tailored to their area.
Responses gathered by the new electronic survey will be seen as anonymous by staff, health-care providers, administration and leadership at LHSC. Your identity will be kept confidential in compliance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act.
To help reduce survey fatigue, you will only be sent a survey link once every 12 months.
